Dear Teacher DC Mae,

On my first day in Grade 1, I was very nervous because it was different

from Kindergarten but you are always patient and supportive to us. I am sorry
if we are giving you a hard time and we’re all noisy and moody. You still
keep taking good care of us and making us laugh. You also let us sleep in the
afternoon so that we will have energy when we start our class.

As we celebrate the “World Teacher’s Day”, I want to thank you for

everything you have done for me and my classmates. Thank you for teaching us
not only the lessons from our books but for teaching us good manners. You
teach us what’s right or wrong. I appreciate all your hard work in educating
us. Thank you for making me do my best and for never giving up.
