representing your body type at the center. Considering the three (3) important aspects of
physical fitness, enumerate at least five activities that you personally do, other than those given,
in each of the three aspects discussed.

Illustration: My body is in ectomorphic because my body composition is not that large or broad it is
small and balanced.

1. How would you describe a person with normal BMI?


I can describe a person with normal BMI by means of if a person has the ability
to perform several tasks without undue fatigue. If the person’s height and weight are
balance. They have the good appearance that a healthy person would have. If they are
not get easily tired by doing some physical activities for a long time.

2. Think of three (3) ways on how you can improve or maintain your BMI. Don’t forget to
consider your capabilities and limitations.
Three (3) Ways on How to Improve or Maintain BMI
As a person we are the obligated to take care of ourselves. We are the responsible for
our healthy living, and as for me to maintain or improve the Body Mass Index (BMI) I can easily
do the following:
1. Do exercising, perform physical activities that I can do without undue fatigue. Enjoy
the leisure time and don’t get stress.
2. Eat nutritious food and maintain balance diet.
3. Take enough rest for me to be able to have the energy to do the tasks I am ask for.
