ANALYSIS

1. What are the things you noticed while performing the fitness tests?

 I observed fatigue and dampness. Although I do experience extreme


fatigue after working out, this sensation is very fleeting and may actually
help to lift my spirits and even lower stress, worry, and depression
symptoms. But taking a fitness test is worthwhile since it will help your
body.

2. How significant is BMI (Body Mass Index) in accomplishing the Fitness


Assessment test?

 The ratio of weight to height is known as the body mass index, or BMI. It's
a reliable method for figuring out whether my weight is proportionate to my
height. In fact, knowing the BMI might help you and your doctor determine
any potential health issues if it is over or below the acceptable range.
3. Knowing your current fitness level, what are the things you need to do
now?
 Every day at 5 AM, get up. Starting the day off early promotes positivity
and gets things moving. The first and easiest step in figuring out my
present state of fitness specifically, the components of my body is figuring
out what I have made. Body composition describes how much water, fat,
muscle, and bone are in my body. These methods go above and beyond
what you now require, despite the fact that they are extremely precise and
expensive. To keep things simple for our purposes, we'll merely employ a
body mass index measurement.
