1.How do you feel after performing the health-related test?
Before the test itself, i was scared that i would feel very exhausted but after actually doing

the test, it wasn't that bad. I think it could be because I'm not really engaged in daily exercise

and I couldve been doing some part of the tests wrong or inefficiently but i did my best to

strictly follow the steps provided.


2.As a student, what could you do to be better in performing any physical fitness test?
I believe that having the actual positive mindset in bettering yourself is the first step.

Secondy, to have the courage to start and further maintain what you started. and thirdly , is

to have a good and balanced diet alongside your workouts. There are also obvious factors

such as keeping hydrated and easting on time that could benefit us immediately or in the

long run.
3.What is the importance of physical fitness in your daily lives?
There are a lot of reasons as to why physical fitness is important, these could be to help us

in our daily tasks, improves our muscle strength and bones, lessens the likelihood of

contracting certain diseases, releases stress and tension, and it basically improves are

overall health.
