Leadership Program on “A Global Moment in Time: Reflections on Diversity, Equity,
Inclusion, and Accessibility.” This program will commence on February 6, 2023, and
end on February 17, 2023. With a departure date to the US on February 3, 2023, and
return date of February 19, 2023

This project will explore the crucial interdependence of the diversity, equity, and
inclusion concepts. It will also examine how historical trends continue to impact
minorities and the efforts of modern civil rights groups to challenge assumptions and
change the status quo. The project will highlight American democratic principles,
enhance understanding of American values, and identify shared global challenges and
opportunities. Participants will contribute to a joint visual presentation - as an online or
print publication - that documents DEIA efforts and interpretations around the world.

If you accept this invitation, the U.S. government will provide you with roundtrip
international and domestic air travel and a stipend for food and lodging for the duration
of your visit. Our Public Affairs Office will assist you in arranging all pre-departure,
program, and travel requirements. I hope you will be able to accept this invitation and
