POWER OF ATTORNEY

The undersigned:

may act jointly or severally, (hereinafter referred to as the “Attorneys-in-Fact”).

To represent, to accompany and/or to act for and on behalf of, as well as to render legal
assistances to the Authorizer related to Legal Issues in relation to “Purchase Order Number:
710_PO/NMI/XII/20 dated 14 December 2020 issued from PT Newmark Indonesia to NASCO
AIRCRAFT BRAKE, INC, whereby the PO issuer filed a Subpoena to one of our agents”,
hereinafter called “PO Case”
For the above purposes, the Authorizer grants the Attorneys-in-Fact full power and authority
in the broadest sense including without limitation to:

1. Draft, sign, propose and/or receive any correspondences from or to PT Newmark


Indonesia, their Attorney in-fact and/or other related parties, in relation to the PO Case ;
2. Represent and/or accompany the Authorizer to explain the legal situation both verbally
and in writing, arrange and attend meetings and/or negotiations (if any) with PT
Newmark Indonesia and/or other related parties;

3. Draft, sign and propose application as well as warning letter/Subpoena, including the
response letter upon the warning letter/Subpoena;
4. Prepare and submit reports to related parties;
5. Sign, receive, deliver and perform as well as to draft any documents and letters on behalf
of the Authorizer which are deemed necessary to implement this Power of Attorney;
6. Prepare, propose, sign, receive, review and/or revise a settlement agreement, if
necessary, with terms and conditions deemed reasonable for the interest of the
Authorizer and prior upon the Authorizer approval;
7. Render explanations on the acts or to give information as well as to take any legal remedy
in the broadest sense without any limitation, which is deemed necessary, important and
useful by the Attorneys-in-Fact under the prevailing laws.
