POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

, hereby empower Mr. Jirattikarn Suriya holding a Thai National
ID card number 1 5099 00689 67 being Thai national residing in Bangkok Thailand (hereinafter
referred to as the “said Attorneys’) to be my true and lawful attorney on my behalf and in my name
and stead to jointly and/or severally do the following acts and things as follows;

1. To lodge a complaint with any police station having territorial jurisdiction with the
purposed of taking legal action in Thai courts, to compromise or use arbitration or do any
act as he/she thinks fit, and to receive payment or property from any court or other
government agencies;

2. To give statement or matter of fact to, or to explain any fact to, to acknowledge a direct of
a police officer or other competent authorities, as well as to certify the correctness of and
deliver any document to form a part of the foregoing;

3. To contact, testify, institute, negotiate, file, defend, lodge complaints, petitions and any
motion, and to conduct cases and carry out civil, criminal and administrative proceedings,
including intellectual property and international trade cases, and to assert claim arising
thereon any natural or juristic persons on our behalf and in the discretion of said Attorneys,
to their completion in all the court in Thailand or any other jurisdiction, including the
Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, to withdraw, compromise,
settle or refer to arbitration any such action or dispute, to appeal to the Court of Appeal,
the Supreme Court or the Supreme Administrative Court from any judgement, decree or
decision, and to discontinue legal proceeding, and to request a new trial or other
proceedings, and to receive, or collect any monies or property due or any documentary
evidence in the premises from any Court, administrative tribunal, legal execution
department, police officers, persons or juristic entities.

4. To exercise all of our rights in all kind of suits, action and legal or equitable proceedings
until completion including execution of judgement and to resort to any other procedure
allowed by the law of Thailand whether by restraint or attachment of money or goods or
property or otherwise for obtaining payment or satisfaction thereof.

5. To file a motion for an order to seize property by the Executing Officer or in the proceeds
of the Auction Sale or the disposal of the property as provided in the Civil and Commercial
Code or Civil Procedure Court.

6. To take action at the inquiry stage of any case until the case reaches its end or until such
time as the power should be terminated
 7. Said Attorneys are also given full power and authority to appoint a substitute(s) or attorney
in respect of all or any of the matters aforesaid and to remove and revoke the authority of
any substitute(s) or attorney appointed by the said Attorneys, giving and granting unto the
said Attorney full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever as necessary and proper to be done in the foregoing as fully to all intents and
purposes, as we might or could do, and hereby ratifying and confirming all the said
Attorney’s substitute(s) and attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
