RESOLVED, that MCA IT Solutions Inc (“Partnership”) be authorized to apply for license
with Optical Media Board (OMB), Inc. as retailer of storage devices;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that any one (1) of the following be designated as authorized
representatives of the Partnership, each with power and authority to process the
application with OMS and (ii) take such action as may be required, necessary or advisable
to implement this resolution:
