The language itself is the challenge because it
is a new language in which I need to exert

I have this patient in the ER who is very
agitated because he was not attended by the
same doctor who he knows. He is yelling to
every staff in the ER. I sat down next to him
and calmly ask him what is the problem. Then
he angrily responded that he doesn’t want to
be catered by another doctor in the ER. I
calmly responded to him that the doctor he is
looking for is on vacation leave and will not
be able to attend to him. I also told him that all
the doctors and nurses in the hospital specially
in the ER are competent and thus, will help
him about his medical needs. He calmed down
and said that no one told him that the doctor is
on leave they are only insisting that he will be
checked with another doctor. Sometimes,
proper information and reassurance is what a
patient needs to comply accordingly.
want to settle in a first world country like
Germany and become its citizen enjoying the
privileges and benefits alongside with my
family. Germany has a security of job
specially in my field which is healthcare.
There are more opportunities to me and my
family in Germany. I like to work in Germany
because it has work-life balance unlike with
other countries in which you only work and
there is almost no time for leisure or travel.
No hesitations at all.
I want to be a Nurse Manager after 5 years-
with my family.
