    This is to authorize you to find buyers and to negotiate the sale of my property under the
    following terms and conditions:

    e.) Notarial fee shall be for the account of the BUYER
    f.) Any tax arrears shall be for the account of the SELLER
    g.) Relocation of informal settlers, if any, shall be for the account of the
    SELLER.
    7. COMMISSION: Five percent (5%) of the gross selling price

    This is on a “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE” NON-EXCLUSIVE basis.
