received and the meeting will be held on fourth floor seminar room by 3:00 P.M. today.

Sub: Request for Fund to purchase some essential equipment in RIO.

Respected Sir, I request you to provide us fund to buy some daily essential equipments required
in our newly inaugurated Regional Institute of Ophthalmology. We are in dire need of two slit
lamps and one Refractometer in order to function our OPD properly. We would be very
thankful to you if you could provide us fund for the above mentioned equipments.
