Cleaning Frequency
 Daily full strip down for all Turbos. 1. The method for cleaning single head depositors are the
same as for multi-heads.
2. Please ensure all surfaces are thoroughly clean before
sanitising. Sanitisers will not work on dirty surfaces.

1. Isolate the depositors from the compressed air supply and release the wheel brakes.

2. ATP swab of hopper before reassembly – weekly.
3. ATP swab of rotary valve before reassembly – weekly.

Dismantling Sequence
1. Single Turbo Depositor 2. Multi Turbo Depositor

3. Remove rise and fall head and dismantle 4. Remove piston from cylinder
