We, the Alliance of Fraternities in Roxas City, would like to express our interest in participating in the
upcoming Sad-Sad during the Capiztahan celebration. As one of the prominent fraternities in the city,
we believe that we can contribute significantly to the success of the event.

We understand that the Sad-Sad is a crucial part of the Capiztahan celebration, and we would be
honored to join and showcase our skills and talents. Our fraternity is composed of young and talented
individuals who are well-versed in traditional dances and cultural performances.

With this in mind, we would like to request your permission to join the Sad-Sad and be part of the
celebration. We assure you that our participation will adhere to the guidelines and regulations set by the
organizers, and we will do our best to contribute to the overall success of the event.
