Preface
I am Kathirene B. Asonto, I was born on September 24,2004 , I was born in Palawan Hospital and I study at
San Jose National High School Grade 12 HUMSS B , and I live in Barangay Tagburos Aplaya Silangan 1, my
mother name is Rachel B. Asonto and my father name is Jugin A. Asonto and we are five siblings two boys
and 3 girls and I am the second of our siblings.
I doing this because it’s needed for our subject called Culminating Activity because its showed our
knowledge and learning reflection regarding previous topic and lot of activities.
My experience for this subject is not very easy, there are times when you will have difficulty but you can
handle it and doing all the activities is very difficulty and I have also learned a lot from everything I do and
other subjects and there are easy ones its also difficult but nothing can solve it but hard work, and we will
soon have intramurals for 51th anniversary of San Jose National High School that’s why lot of student of
San Jose its already busy doing rehearsal dance for Physical Education , we practice already in Palawan
High and also sports complex its hard to make perfect move when sun its hard to make perfect move when
sun its already burning and its very hot will make practice as much , everything we will make practice as
much as possible its already evening , after we finish the last subject in class , while practicing dance move
its hard to breathe because its so tired and we hungry its already 9 , or sometimes 8 in the evening when
everyone going home. When the practice its already done and the leader said to everyone we will make on
our props for costume that why other students go to mall to buy our costume.
Creating this portfolio its little hard and fun its also while doing writing poem because its so many rhyme
pattern this subject give me a little bet nervous and the rest is excited by given our teachers lot activities.
Based on what my experience to this subject is while making a portfolio its give more knowledge and
wisdom and managing our time , and what date doing this and also showing my hiding talent.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION : A REFLECTION
For me, practicing is very difficult
because I experienced heat and fatigue
and hunger during practice, but all my /
our fatigue is worth it because the result
of our dance is good. Physical
education is one of the subjects that
are both interesting and at the same
time challenging especially for
those who are really not into
physical activities. It is interesting in
such a way that it gives you
knowledge about getting fit. I
believe one of the most interesting
thoughts is the thought that helps
you get fit and Physical education
gives you that.
Physical education is more than just about sports. It is an encompassing subject that includes
everything about physical activities. It includes various sports and exercises for physical fitness.
Apart from teaching physical activities, Physical education also teaches concepts and ideas that
explain the benefits of different physical activities.
To simply put, Physical Education does not only make you physically fit by teaching you different
activities but it also makes you intelligent in such a way that you are fed with enough concepts
about physical fitness, beneficial for your life.
PHILOSOPHY : A REFLECTION
Even though beauty pageants build
confidence through performance and
help boost careers, they harm
society by lowering self-esteem,
putting too much emphasis on
beauty at a young age, and also
providing unrealistic images of
beauty in addition young girls who
compete in beauty pageants may
experience low self-esteem and
depression as adults, so beauty
pageants have negative effects
because they maintain women
should be tall, thin, and
conventionally beautiful in order to
have successful lives.
Beauty pageants give girls additional
skills that they can use in their life
growing up. From competing it gives
them more confidence, develops
social skills, poise and personality. In beauty pageants there are many different values
that women can learn from and use to better herself in her careers in the future.
TREND :A REFLECTION
When I first heard about TRENDS ,Networks, and
Critical thingking as our subject for the second
semester , I clearly had not that much of an idea on
what it is all about. What is had in mind was
basically talking about TRENDS in our country
and in the world. Which did not fail me because
TRENDS was the first topic that we talked about
during our first meeting with our professor in the
subject. Something about gigatrends. Megatrends
etc. I have realized that TNCT was an interesting
subject because it made me gain knowledge and
learn about things that I did not know about before
or things that I did not realize back them when I
did not know this subject yet. It has some what
helped me to be open minded and to think deeply
on topics or issues regarding the government,
people etc. it has taught me to be critical on
matters that I think is shallow back them.

because by the use of this it will influence individual because you have the power and can help the person

problem or addresses social concerned and it will improve our social conditions it will help us to act the norms
and values of morality ,us As I understand the topic ,we should be pessimistic about everything because it can
affect, our thinking and performance of are role in the community however, all living things are naturally born
facing conflict in our life that's why we should avoid negativism time has passed and Everything changing it's
called social change for example, the role of women in society back then taking care of there children and doing
household while now they even work for their families many changes we have today in terms of gender role,
family role and other changes in society like our economy socialism is a selfhood is developed and acquired in
social context. many people are now engaged in socializing through social media which often leads to becoming
victims of bullying scam, identify theft and other cybercrimes .With the change of society our culture is changing
also like the way we speak, dress and performed our functions in the society

CREATIVE NONFICTOIN : A REFLECTION
I learned that, creative nonfiction is a genre of nonfiction writing that incorporates
different creative writing techniques and literary styles to convey truthful, non-fictional
narratives. Creative nonfiction writing tends to emphasize story and tone over more
traditional subgenres of nonfiction. And I also learned that understands the reality after
reading non-fiction. While fiction, sometimes takes you to the imaginative world, non-
fiction unfolds the reality you get to know real people and their lives. It also gives
knowledge in a specific subject which helps in learn ing new things. It provides you with
facts.
I think overall that creative writing has been the best class that I have taken at Bear
Creek. It has taught me not only about my self as a writer, but about myself as a
person. It has been amazing to watch my writing style improve in all of the areas that
we worked on. Before taking this class I never saw myself as one for writing poetry, but
now I think that poetry has become one of my favorite writing styles. Through this class
I have become a lot better at writing poetry and at incorporating a theme into my
poems. I learned that not all poems have to rhyme, and that some of the best poems
do not rhyme at all
RESEARCH PROJECT: A REFLECTION
In the research paper, I can feel my biggest change is in
dealing with the structure of the whole article. The structure of the essay is already
mentioned in the introduction part, so the next step is to follow the structure I have
made. In other words, each part, as well as each title of paragraphs of the essay
should take concerted action with the structure and the development in the the
introduction. Otherwise, the introduction part will lost its function. As for my thinking
aspect, the most important thing is to organize and get idea fragments in order in my
mind. And now I will follow the principle of thinking first and writing second. After
dividing the whole structure into some main parts, some smaller structures in each part
should also be divided further. In my revision process, because of huge number of
words, I firstly made a plan for the overall structure, and then for the words, finally for
the content. Therefore, after finishing this essay, I have learned that breaking up the
goal is very important. When the big goal becomes into small, it will be much easier.
We have arrived at a crucial moment in the semester and in everyone’s individual
inquiry process. Now that you have identified an issue you have identified as important,
worked through several drafts of a research question, and drafted a narrative identifying
your personal connection to this issue, the time has come to reflect on the process that

MEDIA INFORMATION LITERACY
Media and information literacy is a person's ability to obtain the information needed
by recognizing information needs, seeking information, knowing how to obtain
information, evaluating information, organizing information and using information. With
media and information literacy, it is hoped that we will be able to recognize information
needs well and improve our ability to understand the meaning of information in order to
gain new insights and information from media and information literacy.
In my opinion, Media and Information Literacy is something that is very important
for us to learn and understand in this digital era. Media and information literacy has
a very important role, for example, I as a student in seeking information related to
subjects or courses must go to credible journal sources so that they can help support
my opinion well, besides that by not necessarily receiving information helps me to think
more critically, by studying media and information literacy helps me to use digital media
more responsibly and hopefully it doesn't have a negative impact on myself using
digital media.
As a media user I really pay attention to my media and information
literacy because it helps me in finding the information I need and the truth of the
information, media and information literacy can be done by reading and finding the right
