Denna serviceinstruktion beskriver byte av cirkulations-
pump Xylem till WILO YONOS PARA 7.0 PWM 1 i SPLIT
inomhusmodul.

inomhusmodul (Hydro Unit) påbörjas.

Demontering av luckor Elistallation samt service ska ske under överin-

seende av behörig elinstallatör.

Demontering OBS!

OBS!
Var aktsam vid demontering och notera kabel-
dragningar samt kontakters placering.
Stäng inkommande ledning XL2. Släpp ut
trycket via säkerhetsventilen. Ställdon QM31
ska vara i stängt (horisontellt) läge.

1. Stäng av klimatsystemet genom att HQ1

stänga avstängningsventilen
(QM31) och ventilen vid partikelfilt-
ret (HQ1).

2. Släpp ut trycket via avluftningsven-

tilen (QM20) och lämna den öppen.

3. Nu är det möjligt att byta cirkula-

tionspumpen. 2 QM20

 4. Frånkoppla strömkabeln på termi-
nal XJ1.

5. Frånkoppla PWM-signalkabeln från

terminal X1:1 och X1:2 på kommu-
nikationskortet (AA23).

börja med den nedre röranslutning-

muttern (A) och avlägsna röret ge-

8. Avlägsna cirkulationspumpen och

sätt tillbaka topplocket.

9. Börja med att skära ut EPP:n inom

det rastrerade området, mellan min.

och max. mått, se bild. Det räcker

att kapa ner till rätt djup med en
kniv. Sedan kan delen brytas bort.

10. Demontera topplocket.

11. Du kommer att fästa de båda bifo-
gade EPP-detaljerna (225 623 och
225 624) med lim. OBS: Följ instruk-
tionerna på limförpackningen.
Börja med den nedre EPP-detaljen
(225 624). Lägg en limsträng längs
baksidans ytterkant. Sätt EEP-detal-
jen på plats, justera i höjd med be-
fintlig EPP. (Vänta med den övre
EPP-detaljen.)
Fortsätt nu till kapitel "Montering".

OBS!
På kommunikationskortet (AA23) kopplas brun
kabel (signal) in på X1:1.
All elektrisk inkoppling skall ske av behörig Blå kabel kopplas in på X1:2.
elektriker.
Elektrisk installation och ledningsdragning skall
utföras enligt gällande bestämmelser.

1. Byt packningarna, använd de som

bifogats reservdelspumpen.

2. Montera reservdelspumpen. Obser-

vera att utloppsöppningen pekar
nedåt. 2

3. Återmontera röret till pumpen.

4. Om energimätare inte finns monte- 4b

rad, skruva åt alla muttrar, se (4a).
Om energimätare finns monterad,
skruva åt alla muttrar, se (4b).

5. Öppna försiktigt de stängda venti-
lerna. Sök efter eventuella vattenläc-
kor.

6. Kontrollera systemtrycket på mano- BP5 FL2

metern (BP5). Fyll på systemet med
vatten om det behövs. LE

Klimatsystemets säkerhetsventil LEK

(FL2) skall vara helt tät.

7. Avlufta systemet via avluftningsven-

tilerna (QM20), (QM24) och QM24
(QM60).

8. Demontera det gamla CPU-kortet

(AA21) och montera dit det nya.
Var noga med anslutningarna på
kortet!

 9. Förlägg PWM-kabeln i övre kana-
len, led den bakom metallhöljet till
kommunikationskortet (AA23). Fix- 9
era med buntband.

10. Anslut PWM-kabeln till kommunika-

tionskortet (AA23), terminal X1.

Blå ledare (PWM GND) till posi-
tion 2.

11. Anslut strömkabeln till terminal XJ1.

12. Lägg en limsträng längs baksidans
ytterkant på den övre EPP-detaljen
(225 623). OBS: Följ instruktionerna
på limförpackningen.
Placera den övre EPP-detaljen
(225 623) enligt bild.

13. Återmontera topplocket.

14. Anslut strömmen och starta upp

värmepumpsystemet.

15. Avlufta igen om det behövs. Kon-

trollera systemtrycket på manome-
tern (BP5).

16. Återmontera luckorna.

Xylem circulation pump for WILO YONOS PARA 7.0 PWM
1 in SPLIT indoor modules.
Read all of the instructions before starting work.

Removing the covers
WARNING!
Cut the power to the unit before starting work.
Electrical installation and service must be car-
ried out under the supervision of a qualified
electrician.

 Dismantling NOTE

NOTE
Take care when removing and make a note of
the cable routing and positioning of switches.
Close incoming line XL2. Release the pressure
via the safety valve. Actuator QM31 must be
in the closed (horizontal) position.

1. Switch off the climate system by HQ1

closing the shut-off valve (QM31)
and the valve at the particle filter
(HQ1).

2. Release the pressure via the vent

valve (QM20) and leave it open.

3. The circulation pump can now be

replaced. 2 QM20

4. Disconnect the power cable from
terminal XJ1.

5. Disconnect the PWM signal cable

from terminal X1:1 and X1:2 on the
communication board (AA23).

 6. Remove the circulation pump, start
with the lower pipe connection.

7a. Without energy meter: Slacken

off the upper nut (A) and remove

the pipe by detaching the two pipe

connections (B).

7b. With energy meter: Slacken off

the upper nut (A) and remove the
pipe by detaching the pipe connec-
tion to the flow meter C). C

8. Remove the circulation pump and

replace the top cover.

9. Start by cutting out the EPP within

the cross-hatched area, between

the min. and max. measurements,

see image. It is sufficient to cut it
down to the correct depth with a
knife. The part can then be broken
off.

10. Remove the top cover.

 11. You will bond the two enclosed EPP
components (225 623 and 225 624)
with adhesive. Note! Follow the in-
structions on the adhesive pack-
aging.
Start with the lower EPP compon-
ent (225 624). Apply a bead of ad-
hesive along the outer edge of the
rear side. Place the EPP component
in position, align vertically with the
existing EPP. (Wait before installing
the upper EPP component).
Now continue to the chapter “In-
stallation”.

Mounting NOTE

NOTE
On the communication board (AA23), the
brown cable (signal) is connected to X1:1.
All electrical connections must be carried out The blue cable is connected to X1:2.
by an authorised electrician.
Electrical installation and wiring must be car-
ried out in accordance with the stipulations in
force.

1. Replace the gaskets, use the ones

supplied with the replacement
pump.

2. Install the replacement pump. Note

that the outlet opening points 2
downwards.

3. Reinstall the pipe to the pump.

4. If an energy meter is not installed, 4b

tighten all nuts, see (4a).
If an energy meter is installed,
tighten all nuts, see (4b).

 5. Carefully open the closed valves.
Look for any water leakage.

6. Check the system pressure on the BP5 FL2

manometer (BP5). Top up the sys-
tem with water if necessary. LE

7. Vent the system via the vent valves

8. Remove the old CPU board (AA21)

and install the new one.
Take care with the connections on
the board.

9. Lay the PWM cable in the upper
duct, route it behind the metal
housing to the communication 9
board (AA23) Secure using cable
ties.

10. Connect the PWM cable to the

communication board (AA23), ter-
minal X1.
Brown core (PWM) to terminal 1.
Blue cable (PWM GND) to termin-
al 2.

11. Connect the power cable to termin-

al XJ1.

 12. Apply a bead of adhesive along the
outer edge of the rear side of the
upper EPP component (225 623).
Note! Follow the instructions on the
adhesive packaging.
Position the upper EPP component
(225 623) as illustrated.

13. Replace the top cover.

14. Connect the power and start the

heat pump system.

15. Vent again if necessary. Check the

system pressure on the manometer
(BP5).

16. Refit the covers.

 Wechsel der Umwälzpumpe in ACHTUNG!
Unterbrechen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten die
der Inneneinheit (Hydro Unit) Spannungszufuhr zum Aggregat.

Abdeckungen demontieren Elektrische Installation sowie Servicearbeiten

müssen unter Aufsicht eines ausgebildeten
Elektroinstallateurs erfolgen.

Demontage HINWEIS!

HINWEIS!
Gehen Sie bei der Demontage sorgfältig vor
und protokollieren Sie die Kabelverlegung so-
wie die Kontaktanbringung.
Schließen Sie die Eingangsleitung XL2. Lassen
Sie den Druck über das Sicherheitsventil ab.
Stellantrieb QM31 muss sich in der geschlosse-
nen (horizontalen) Stellung befinden.

1. Schalten Sie das Klimatisierungssys- HQ1

tem aus, indem Sie das Absperrven-
til (QM31) und das Ventil am Parti-
kelfilter (HQ1) schließen.

2. Lassen Sie den Druck über das Ent-

lüftungsventil (QM20) ab und las-
sen Sie dieses geöffnet.

 3. Jetzt kann ein Wechsel der Umwälz-

4. Trennen Sie das Netzkabel vom

5. Lösen Sie das PWM-Signalkabel von
Anschluss X1:1 und X1:2 an der
Kommunikationsplatine (AA23).

6. Demontieren Sie die Umwälzpum-

pe. Beginnen Sie mit dem unteren
Rohranschluss.

 7a. Ohne Wärmemengenzähler: Lö-
sen Sie die obere Mutter (A) und
entfernen Sie das Rohr, indem Sie
die beiden Rohranschlusspunkte (B)
lösen.

7b. Mit Wärmemengenzähler: Lösen

Sie die obere Mutter (A) und entfer-
nen Sie das Rohr, indem Sie den C
Rohranschluss für den Volumen-
strommesser (C) lösen.

8. Entfernen Sie die Umwälzpumpe

und bringen Sie die obere Abde-
ckung wieder an.

9. Schneiden Sie zunächst das EPP im

gekennzeichneten Bereich zwi-

schen dem minimalen und maxima-

len Maß aus, siehe Abbildung. Es
genügt, mit einem Messer bis in die
richtige Tiefe zu schneiden. Danach
kann der Bereich abgebrochen
werden.

10. Demontieren Sie die obere Abde-
ckung.

11. Die beiden beiliegenden EPP-Teile

(225 623 und 225 624) werden mit
Kleber befestigt. Hinweis: Folgen
Sie den Anweisungen auf der Kleb-
stoffverpackung.
Beginnen Sie mit dem unteren EPP-
Teil (225 624). Bringen Sie einen
Klebstoffstrang entlang der äuße-
ren Hinterkante an. Bringen Sie das
EPP-Teil an. Passen Sie seine Höhe
am vorhandenen EPP-Teil an. (Brin-
gen Sie das obere EPP-Teil noch
nicht an.)
Fahren Sie mit dem Kapitel „Monta-
ge“ fort.

 Montage HINWEIS!

HINWEIS!
Verbinden Sie an der Kommunikationsplatine
(AA23) das braune Kabel (Signal) mit X1:1.
Alle elektrischen Anschlüsse müssen von einem Verbinden Sie das blaue Kabel mit X1:2.
geprüften Elektriker ausgeführt werden.
Bei der Elektroinstallation und beim Verlegen
der Leitungen sind die geltenden Vorschriften
zu berücksichtigen.

1. Ersetzen Sie die Dichtungen durch

die Dichtungen im Lieferumfang
der Ersatzteilpumpe.

2. Montieren Sie die Ersatzteilpumpe.

Beachten Sie, dass die Austrittsöff- 2
nung nach unten weist.

3. Bringen Sie das Rohr für die Pumpe

wieder an.

5. Öffnen Sie vorsichtig die geschlos-
senen Ventile. Suchen Sie nach et-
waigen Wasserlecks.

6. Kontrollieren Sie den Systemdruck BP5 FL2

am Manometer (BP5). Falls erforder-
lich, befüllen Sie das System mit LE

Wasser.

Das Sicherheitsventil des Klimatisie-

rungssystems (FL2) muss dicht
schließen.

7. Entlüften Sie das System über die

Entlüftungsventile (QM20), (QM24) QM24
und (QM60).

8. Demontieren Sie die alte CPU-Plati-

ne (AA21) und installieren Sie die
neue.
Behandeln Sie die Anschlüsse an
der Platine sorgfältig!

 9. Verlegen Sie das PWM-Kabel im
oberen Kanal. Führen Sie es hinter
dem Metallgehäuse zur Kommuni- 9
kationsplatine (AA23). Nutzen Sie
zur Befestigung Kabelbinder.

10. Verbinden Sie das PWM-Kabel mit

der Kommunikationsplatine
(AA23), Anschluss X1.
Brauner Leiter (PWM) an Position
1.
Blauer Leiter (PWM GND) zu Posi-
tion 2.

11. Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit

dem Anschluss XJ1.

12. Bringen Sie einen Klebstoffstrang
entlang der äußeren Hinterkante
am oberen EPP-Teil an (225 623).
Hinweis: Folgen Sie den Anweisun-
gen auf der Klebstoffverpackung.
Positionieren Sie das obere EPP-Teil
(225 623) gemäß Abbildung.

13. Bringen Sie die obere Abdeckung

wieder an.

14. Schließen Sie die Stromversorgung

an und starten Sie das Wärmepum-
pensystem.

15. Führen Sie bei Bedarf eine erneute

Entlüftung aus. Kontrollieren Sie
den Systemdruck am Manometer
(BP5).

16. Bringen Sie die Abdeckungen wie-

der an.
