How do I stop jDLS?

Before stoping the Distributed Lock Service (DLS) ensure that ALL users are logged off from both the local and remote systems, else the shared memory area for the
specific T24 TAFC will not be removed and hence will not be resized to match the specified number of locks.

Check for the existence of the T24 TAFC shared memory using the ipcs –a command.

ipcs –a

-------Shared Memory Segments-------
key                         shmid                    owner                   perms   bytes                     nattch
0x24200900         xxxxxx                  t24admin             666         15120872             2

This example shows the T24 TAFC Shared Memory segment for T24 Project Build 2009, created by user 't24admin'.
The nattach column shows the number of processes attached, in this case 2, to the shared memory.
The number of processes attached MUST be zero to be able to remove the shared memory segment.

Once all users are logged off, stop the Distributed Lock Service and recheck the ipcs –a to ensure nattach is now zero.

jdls –K

Ensure if the shared memory area for the release has been removed using the ipcs –a command.
The T24 entry key 0x24200900 should no longer be present.
