Steps in Making Spaghetti

First, you need to prepare all the necessary ingredients in cooking Spaghetti. This step is very
important because this will help the cooking process to be much easier as you go on. This will
also help you ensure that you have everything and that you wouldn’t miss an ingredient later on.

 Thinly slice your onions into cubes and mince your garlic.

 You also need to slice your carrots into smaller bits. (Note: Carrots are optional and I had

it because it was in our family’s recipe.)

 You also need to slice your hotdogs the way I did it the picture or you can make it round

if you wanted to.


 Prepare other ingredients listed below;

 Ground Pork

 Pasta

 Spaghetti Sauce

 Cheese

 Mushroom

 Liverspread

 All Purpose Cream

 Salt and Pepper

 Seasonings
Next, You have to boil water. After that, you’re going to cook your pasta until Al Dente (cooked
so as to be still firm when bitten.) Set aside then cook your sauce.
Last step will be to cook your sauce. (Note: The steps below were done according to my family’s
recipe.)
1. Sauté your chopped onions and garlic into your heated pan.
2. Next, add your ground pork and make sure that it is fully cooked before adding the next
ingredients.
3. Add your sliced hotdogs and carrots.
4. Next, you must put salt and pepper and add your liver spread. (You can add more in the
end according to your taste)
5. Fifth, you can now put your sauce. (I recommend using the Filipino-Sweet Style)
6. After that, we must add our cream and cheese—then it’s done.
7. Simmer it until the ingredients are fully cooked and combined.

Then, viola---- you’ll have your Spagghetti which is perfect for all occasion.
