As per the resolution passed in Special General Body Meeting held

on 30 January 2017, I have been permitted to use the common space in
the society Premises on the payment of Rs.1,61,000/- per annum
towards Common Amenity Fund & Compensation. I have been regularly
making the said payment.

I hereby request you to issue an acknowledgement for the

payments received by you towards Common Amenity Fund &
Compensation for the years 2021, 2022 & 2023. The same is required by
me for my record.
