Title: Recommendation letter for Mr. Dejan Zafirovski

I have pleasure to know (more than 10 years) and work on several occasions with Mr. Dejan Zafirovski.
First project that we have worked on was @ 4ward ltd and that was his baby steps in UI/UX design. At
that moment I have recognized his ability and hanger for new technologies, fast learning and
implementation. I have introduced him to Axure Pro tool for prototyping and I was amazed how quickly
he learned the software and made delivery for our client. At that moment I recognized that he will
continue to work as UI/UX designer and he will be great. Important to me was that he is always listening
to the clients requests on the meetings, he is coming up with new ideas with a lot of positive energy,
writing it all down and the very next day we have the first results of the meeting. This is why I respect
him and I can count on him on projects.

After several years our paths have crossed again, I have had the pleasure to work with him in a new
startup company building product from zero to hero. We were working on mobile apps, web apps, cross
software integrations, planning architectures new products etc.

I can say Dejan is an AWESOME guy, plain and simple, he is always thinking about the design and
experience, he always contributes to the project at the moment of planning.

All in all, as Dejan is passioned for music he is a rock star for UI/UX, any organization would be lucky to
have him!
