INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor hereby accuses Jake

Gyllenhaal of the crime of Slight Physical Injuries, committed as

follows:

That on or about October 4, 2022, in the City of Iligan and

within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused did

there and then wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously, and without

justifiable cause therefore, attack and punched the left jaw of one Joe

Alwyn, resulting to injuries to the latter rendering him incapacitated

for labor for a period of SEVEN (7) to TEN (10) days.

 Contrary to law.
