Kisah Lagenda Puteri Limau Purut (Pulau Tiga, Perak)

Sinopsis
- Once upon a very long time, Raja Aceh wanted to marry Puteri Limau Purut, which is the daughter of Sultan Perak. A week
before it is official, Puteri Limau Purut was cutting a cucumber and se accidently cut through her finger. “If white blood
were shed on my fingers, I would instantly die right away here”, said Puteri jokingly cursing about herself. Little does she
knew, Perak was full of curses and unwanted spells that were dangerous on certain places. She shed white blood on her
fingers and died instantly. Sultan Perak was heartbroken and had to tell Raja Aceh about cancelling the wedding.
- Raja Aceh was furious and didnt believe the tragedy. He sent troops to Perak and Perak lost. Sultan Perak was captured
and was put in a prison. As the fighters of Perak whom is Bana and Tok Gajah went back home to Perak from a travel, they
were shocked and angry. Tok Gajah bought 4 jins to protect Perak from another attack. Perak troops went to Aceh for a
revenge, but they lose anyways. Tok Gajah and Bana were captured and was put in a prison with Sultan Perak.
- Long before their death punishment, Raja Permaisuri Aceh was craving of durian. So she made Tok Gajah to take some for
her. Tok Gajah took down lots of durian at once when he threw a big piece of wood at the tree. As dayangs were collecting
the durian, Tok Gajah took the chance and helped Sultan Perak and Bana escaped the prison. But seemingly Bana were
backstabbing Sultan Perak saying that he’ll conquer Perak soon after Sultan dies.
- Tok Gajah and Sultan ran back away to Perak. As they protects Aceh from a counter attack, This time they were ready ,
because last time they had no powerful fighters to lead their defense. Raja Aceh sent troops and they lost because of 4 jins
and strong wills of the Perak Empire. Raja Aceh was so embarrassed and does not illegally gave permission to any Aceh
people to go to Perak anymore.

Triangle = Green - The white blood drop represents the
- Spiky green triangles on the outer of innocene of limau purut and the very first
the circle represents on the durian of reason why blood were shattered during the
when Raja Permaisuri Aceh was Aceh and Perak interferences, which is when
craving of durian in Anjung Istana, Putri Limau Purut accidently cuts her finger
Aceh when she was cutting a cucumber and led to
her death.

- The red in the poster’s background
represents anger and chaos that Raja
Aceh created during the war between
Perak and Aceh . Countless were lost.

Design fundamentals and principles
- Value, is how light and dark an area
looks. I made the colour of the
prison pole dark so that it creates
depth.
- Repetition, we can see that the
patterns of triangle shapes are
repetitive. It was drawn repeatedly
so it could be seen as durian spikes.
-Symmetry, the poster was drawn
symmetrically so that it helps bind various
elements of a structure together into a
single, unified whole
-Balance, have an equal weight on equal
sides of a centrally placed fulcrum.
-Depth, rendered the prison pole and
hands to precieve the drawing in three
dimensions and the distance of an object
