 Captions – for posting in CPH-PHC page

 Videos- documentation videos

*PASSING TIME FOR HEPO ACTIVITY:

 Submission for HEPO activity for a day is before 3pm.- for checking and reviewing Maam
Belle/Sir Adrian and Rotating ROD DCFM before posting in PHU page.

*Time Start of HEPO activity:

 8:00am-8:30am – preparation of hepo in the area site (OPD NEW BUILDING, TRIAGE TENT AREA,
WATCHERS AREA)
- All HEPO materials must be COMPLETED before start of Health Promotion.
 8:30am-12nn – all hepo activity for a day must be done.
 12:30pm- 3:00pm- passing time of Hepo activity
 4:00pm-5:00pm- checking and approval of posting on page of Hepo activity.

*Every rotation 1 clerk of the group must have a selected Admin for official posting in the page
of PHU.
*Guidelines and Documentation Pictures and Photosand Etc…

 Like and share the post in the PHU page that is posted
 Take photos and videos of staffs and patients for Documentation in the HEPO activity.
 Posting for HEPO activity in the PHU page is within the same day the activity is made will be
posted by the appointed admin clerk.,If approved by the PHU Head.
 If there is Health Promotion in Medical Mission/Community must have documented photos and
videos that will be put on the file on the Community folder on the Google Drive for future
references.
 Scout the Area site (OPD New Building, Triage, Watchers Area)
 In case of Collaborations from other Departments inform Maam Belle/Sir Adrian for formal
letter of collaboration activity.

*Others requirements from HEPO:

 Requirement of 1 podcast or video from the group after HEPO activity.


 Individual report of each clerk( either before or after HEPO activity) – will be check and to be
submit also to Maam Belle.
 Must take ATTENDANCE of participants in the HEPO activity of the day.
 HEPO activity for the week is 1 or more depends on Maam Belle and DCFM ROD.
