Niken: No, miss chairperson, there is no absence for today’s meeting.

Chika: okay we may start our meeting

Niken: Before we start make sure that all of u have the copy of meeting agenda

Chika: So, our purpose of the meeting today is to discuss about new market. Because as u know our
sale keep increasing everyday from July until august 2022. So I think it would be good if we could
expand our market. What do u think about it?

Aldo: I think we need to expand our market plan more broadly so that we can get more customer
and can make more money

Amel: Its very good but if we will expand our wides market, where will we market to promote our
product?

Chia: From my point of view we can market our products to several places such as campus, city
parks, mall, and social media.

Wandi: Yaa that’s really nice idea

Lisa: Can I add something here?

Chika: Yes Please

Lisa: I want to add, what if we also hold discount or gifts to attract the interest of people who know
our product?

Graceta: Yes, that’s very good , if us giving discount and also gifts more likely the marketing of our
products will be much more increased

Niken: If I can add something…. How about giving a discount, we can just give a discount of 20%

Aldo: I agree with that, by giving a discount of 20% our finance will remain stable and not suffer
losses

Chika: Okay, I agree with you guys. We will market our products to various places as well as give a
discount of 20%. Alright I think today’s meeting is enough, please prepare all of u I will be
responsible for all of this

Niken: Yes we will prepare it all, and I will also tell the finance department to prepare our needs that
will market in various places
