What are your feelings upon completion of the project?

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the entire event and carnival. And it is our group pleasure to be able
to take part in the event which, what I would say, is quite a success. All our items (tarts) can be sold
out before the end of the event. The entire plan worked out perfectly thanks to everyone in our team
who took part in helping to do their own roles.

What were the challenges you encountered while doing the project?

There aren’t many problems that we struggle to deal with during the event. But we did face a minor
issue of how to market our product to get more attention. We didn’t really come up with a plan in
the end besides making a handwritten menu in our store which provides information that the
customer needs to know. But mostly the success of selling all the tarts is due to the demand is higher.

What are the areas you could improve on yourself?

I could do better in researching marketing strategies and have a better understanding of how to
provide a better customer experience while still increasing the overall profit margin. So, our
customers won’t have any thoughts of our product is overpriced due to professional marketing and
good customer service while the value of the product meets the satisfaction of the customer.
