Broad objectives of the project:-

 To provide people nutritious and healthy food.


 To create awareness among people about our rural heritage.
 To create women employment along with empowerment.
 To provide customer satisfaction by providing quality product &
services.
 To develop a sustainable start up business that is profitable.

How did you choose your Group Members:-


The rural belongingness of some of our group members along with our
shared interest in healthy, nutritious food and generation of a healthy
product with the other objective of exploring the riches of our rural
livelihoods and providing employment to rural women brought all of us
together.
How did you generate your project idea:-
After going through a host of issues, one of our team members suggested
us about how her granny used to make crushed bajra in a traditional way
during winters and the variety of things made through it, along with the
nutritional benefits of it. This idea got us all in the first instance as it aligned
with the interest of all our members.

How did you shortlist your idea on the basis of feasibility and
profitability:-
Feasibility of our business idea:

 Economic Feasibility
Economic Feasibility of our business idea focuses on not only giving
back to the society but also the economy. Maintaining the style
of living of people, creating profits for the business will also result in
contributing to the economy indirectly.
This way, the business idea is economic feasible.
 Marketing Feasibility

A. Product Strategy
The Product Strategy of our business idea will be focusing on the
quality of the products rather than the quantity of it. We will not
be focusing upon mass production, rather producing quality
products for the consumers for their maximum satisfaction.

B. Price Strategy
This project is very cost effective because it does not require very
high initial investment. Cost of a project is based on the different cost
these are-
 Direct costs
 Indirect cost
 Intangible costs
 Opportunity costs
 Costs of potential risks
C. Place Strategy
Our distribution channel will be retail outlets and Big Food
Outlets like Haldiram’s and Bikanerwala.

D. Promotion Strategy
Our Promotion Strategy will involve Local word of Mouth and such
related promotional techniques which will result in increased
demands for our products and services.

 Technical Feasibility
In the technical feasibility, we have checked our business idea on
various technical bases like how we are planning to introduce this
idea through an E-commerce (online mode) platform as well.
 Environmental Feasibility
All the raw materials which will be used in our business idea are
environment-friendly and are somehow going to benefit the
environment in various ways. Our project is very environment
friendly because in our project we are not going to use any harmful
material.
 Socio-Economic Feasibility
The socio-economic Feasibility of our business idea involves various
benefits to the people. Benefits like decrease in tension, depression,
maintaining fitness physically and mentally, etc.

Profitability of our business idea:


 The prices of our products are very reasonable and we are providing
a good quality of product which will contribute in the profitability of
our project.
 New and different varieties of products have been introduced which
shall give us the benefit of product differentiation and will create
more demand in the market for our product resulting in more profit
for our business.
 The man power requires for this does not need any specific
qualification and skill so that can be easily available.

Justification of project,addressing the potential to carter present and


future needs :-

After brain storming about our product we came to realize the potential
and the health benefits of our product.
Bajra being useful in treating diabetes which is a major health issue
nowadays in youngsters also.
Through further research we will be looking to use our product in other
types of food items such as sweets and biscuits.
We will also exploit the medicinal benefits of this product which will cater
the needs of present as well as future generations.

Benefits of Bajra
1. Bajra is rich in iron and magnesium which are essential for maintaining
healthy blood levels.
2. It is a good source of dietary fiber which helps in proper digestion and
prevents constipation.
3. It helps in controlling blood sugar levels.
4. Bajra flour helps in lowering cholesterol levels.
5. Bjara flour is helpful in weight loss.
Brief outline (plan of action) of the execution of project in the
subsequent modules:-
The plan of action for our business idea in the following modules is planned
as followed by our team.

In the First Module, we will be completing the Idea Generation Process


through thinking about various relatable ideas under the main category of
Food and Nutrition. Then we merged the ideas which were somehow
similar and could have been interconnected rather. After merging, we gave
ranks individually from 1-5, 1 being the best idea and 5 being the worst out
of all. After the rankings, we calculated the weightage mean for the ranks
given, and selected the idea which had the highest mean out of all.

In the second third and fourth module we will be executing our business
idea....
In second module we will be making our connections with the people who
will provide us the grain..along with it with the help of anganwadi workers
we will be connecting women who are willing to work with us.

For the third module and fourth module we will be looking towards
packaging...we will be opting for eco-friendly packaging.

In the fifth and sixth module we will be having our Co-op training so we
will be focusing on it.

In seventh module our main focus would be on marketing of the


product...we will try to reach as many people through various sources
online as well as offline.

In the eighth module we would be devoted to acceptability of our product


and service ...we would be looking for potential buyers of the product. After
that, we would be preparing a detailed report of the entire entrepreneurship
project which will be later on submitted by us.
