ABSTRACT

The Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns have affected greatly people who are not used to stay at
home and different researches supports these findings and behavioral therapy can be seen as one
of the methods that would aid individuals in coping up with the problems brought about by the
government-imposed lockdowns. There was a previous study that have seen the prevalence of
mental health disorders that includes anxiety among adults ages 18 to 83 years old where various
factors greatly affect them including family problems, school activities and finances and in such,
their behavior are one of the observable traits would be measurable through various tests and
procedures. Following these notions, this study aims to further study the effectiveness of
behavioral therapy and highlight its advantages to promote its usefulness to those who are
experiencing the said mental health disorder following the studies of Burrhus Frederic Skinner
that would also help future researchers in understanding his theory about Behaviorism and
eventually, create activities in addendum to the present behavioral therapy. This study also aims
to be an additional reference to those who are also studying the same title above.
