Decree of declaration was signed by the late

Rufino J. Cardinal Santos on August 28,
1951. This declaration will separate the
new parish and its vicinity to the Sta. Clara
de Montefalco Parish. Fr. Emmanuel
Magtanong Cruz was appointed as its first
parish priest.

Archbishop of Manila, on August 28, 1951

1951 with the celebration of the first mass
