19th Sunday in Ordinary Time

RE: MINISTRY UPDATING AND PARISH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

Dear Brothers and Sisters in the Service,

It is well-fitting that as your Coordinator and your fellow servant leaders in our parish,
I will be asking for the following documents from your respective ministries:

 Guidelines in the Recruitment of New Members (if any)

 Rules and By-Laws of the Ministry
 Official List of Ministry Officers
 Official List of Ministry Members

In the coming days, Bro Andy Ju, the coordinator of Lectors and Commentators
Ministry, will be giving us a link of the google form to be accomplished by all ministry
members. This will be part of the Updating of All Parish Servers and will also serve as
the basis for future references in the appointment of new coordinators and assistant
coordinators.

Please be reminded also of the following celebrations:

 August 28, 22nd Sunday in Ordinary Time (all masses)

Commemoration of the Signing of the Decree establishing the
San Isidro Parish as a new parish
Recruiting Day for All Ministries and Organizations
 September 14, Feast of the Exaltation of the Cross
Procession of the Cross and Penitential Service
 September 15, Solemnity of the Dedication of San Isidro Church
 September 18, 25th Sunday in Ordinary Time (10:30 am)
Renewal of Commitment of All Parish Servers
 September 21, Commemoration of the 1st Mass of Msgr. Emmanuel Cruz

I am requesting all the Coordinators of LCM, Greeters, EMHC and Altar Servers to send
me a list of names for the assigned servers on the said dates above.
