Madam:

Our church, the Crusaders of the Divine Church of Christ, celebrates Christmas every 25th of
September. As the Archbishop of the province, it is my fervent wish to convene all our members
so that as one, we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ in our churches which will start with a mass
and be followed by a simple program.

However, September 25 falls on a weekday – Wednesday. In line with this, may I request you to
excuse our members (faculty or pupils/students) who are enrolled/working in your school so that
they could join us in our festivity. If they miss something on the said day, please extend your
utmost understanding, the best gift that our Church could receive on our Christmas day.

Madam, we may differ in our religious affiliations. However, we are positive that we are one in
glorifying our God. Thus, I hope for your approval of this request.
