RE: Christ the King Youth Camp 2019

Love and Peace of Christ our King!

The Diocesan Commission on Youth will hold its annual Christ the King
Youth Camp on November 21-24, 2019 and will be hosted by the Parish of
the Our Lady Queen of the Universe Parish, Brgy. San Jose, Urdaneta
City, Pangasinan. The venue of the encampment will be at the Catablan
Integrated School, Brgy. Catablan, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. This is an
event on which young people of our diocese come as one community to
pray, to celebrate their faith together and deepen their commitment in the
youth ministry.

In line with this, I would like to ask your good office to excuse
_______________________ from his classes on the said dates.
___________ is one of our Youth Participants to represent the parish.
Furthermore, to allow him to take up quizzes if there are any during his
absences. I am praying that you will grant our request.
