SENTIN BSA-1A

1. As a student of CNSC, how can you contribute to its mission, vision and school policies?

As a student of CNSC, I can contribute to its mission, vision and school policies by being
responsible, humble, curious and respectful. Give it my all and do more effort in learning. Be interactive
with my teachers. Ask inquiries in class. Encourage my classmates to participate. Make it participatory.
Visit my professors after class during their free time for assistance with the material and advice or
message them, if necessary. Think in terms of my own mission statement and quality of life and how to
get the most of my college experience to help me achieve those goals. Developing my sense of self
(intrapersonal) and ability to deal with others (interpersonal) are huge criteria for success which
contributes to the mission, vision and policies of our school.

2. Why do you think we need to follow school policies and regulations?

Regulations and policies are placed to maintain order and standards in the school, and any
violation can lead to an imbalance. Discipline instills responsibility and accountability in both students
and teachers who may not be acting in accordance with the rules of the school. Obedience to the
policies and regulations at school improves our relationships with our teachers and demonstrates
that we care about our education. It shows that we understand the importance of rules and we
respect the governing authority.

3. How can I contact you aside from your CNSC Learning Management System?

Through my classmates, adviser, or knowing and sending me or my guardian and sister a

message on gmail or messenger.

4. Why do you think this subject will help you grow in your field? Elaborate your answer and cite also

In the digital era, accountants can accomplish much more in much less time. Me as an
accounting student can save and retrieve financial records using information technology, make
adjustments, and reduce the need to maintain paper files. Computer files may quickly be accessed and
printed, along with any updates the accountant makes at any given time, if paper work is required.
Having IT skills has the potential to increase accountants' productivity and efficiency, which could lead to
better outcomes for customers and employers. Employers are looking for technical skills in their
accountants to ensure they have the expertise to accurately and ethically manage, analyze, and report
on an organization's or individual's financial activities. Like knowledge in Excel continues to be
recognized by accounting firms, faculty, and professional organizations as one of the most important
technology skills for accounting students, not only for the practical aspects of preparing, analyzing, and
reporting financial information, but also in the development of analytical and critical thinking skills
required of the profession according to researchgate.net.
