Subject – Regarding apology for unwanted activities in hotel
premises and misconduct offense.
Respected Sir,
With due respect, I Ankit raj, residing in room no.110, 1st
block Aryabhatt Boy’s hostel. This is to make you to know
that on the night of 7th October 2021, my friends were
celebrating my birthday as my birthday was on 8th October,
they were planning to give me ‘birthday bumps’ as my
birthday was starting after 12 am that night. Thereafter,
abstaining from the birthday bumps I went into the room no
107 which is my junior’s room because I was quite aware that
the door knob was already detached from the door but it
looked as if the door is locked from outside (as you can see it
in the attached enclosed video with this letter). Sir most
humbly I want to say that no harm was done by me to the
lock or to the property of the student to which the room was
allotted, there is no any doubt in saying that I have done
mistake hiding in a room which you have already locked, it’s
really my mistake and I accept it, I am undertaking
responsibility that nothing was distorted in the room no 107,
1ST Block.
Afterwards, I was found hiding in the room by my
batchmates and we celebrated my birthday in the room. In
the party I had some impermissible and undesirable things
which is not permissible by the hostel rules which was
definitely my lapse and I am really very apologetic for my
misconduct.
Sir I am a student and an immature adult, and students are
tended to make mistake and learn from them. I have learned
I did make a mistake to celebrating my birthday in a locked
room. I made mistake and I learned a very hard lesson of my
life never have I ever been in such mental stress in duration
of my birthday. My whole birthday was lost due to the silly
mistakes done by me.
In the humblest way possible your kind self is requested to
please accept my apology as I promise to you that this type
of behavior is not going to be repeated in the upcoming
future.
