    SITUATION SCRIPT
    1. Security informs the FO and the member Namaste sir/madam!! Welcome to Sterling Yelagiri. I am Vishal and
    arrives at Front desk for check-in I am here to take you through with the registration formalities.
    Please make yourself comfortable (Pointing out to the chair).

    2. If the guest is regular Namaste Mr. Karthik. Welcome back to Sterling Yelagiri

    3. Offer welcome drink and towel. Ask for May I have for your confirmation voucher, please?

    6. Ask for all the member name’s Sir, please fill in the names of all the members occupying the room
    (pointing out to the space) with the kids age in this space. We
    request you to kindly sign here.

    7. Ask for the date and time of departure Your reservation is till 22nd May. Is that right, Mr. Karthik? Please
    be informed that our check out time is 10 AM.

    If the guest is a VTS (member) Your utility charges would work out to Rs. _____ inclusive of taxes
    8. Inform about for utility charge and per room per night which includes room only. However, we have
