The tariff of double room is 9,000 + 12% tax and
Deluxe room is 10,000 + 12% tax.
Guest: I would like to go for a deluxe room.
FOA: How many days are you expected to stay with us Sir?
Guest: Two days.
FOA: That is till 9th December Sir?
Guest: Yes.
FOA: Can you please give me a moment while I check the availability of rooms meanwhile can
you fill up the registration form with all your personal details.
Guest: Sure.
FOA: Can you please give me a moment while I enter your details Sir. Can I have your ID
PROOF Sir?
Guest: Sure.
FOA: You have been allotted room number #105 this is your key card.
Please don’t keep it near any electronic gadgets, it will get deactivated.
In case of deactivated please contact front office. The bell boy will escort you to the
room Sir.
The check-in and check-out time is 12 noon, please go to the cash counter and pay the
advance deposit.
