Hotel vocabularies:
1. Check-out: The process of departing from a hotel and settling any outstanding charges. During
check-out, guests return their room keys, and the hotel staff may provide a final bill.
2. Reservation: A prior arrangement made with the hotel to secure a room for a specific date and
duration of stay.
3. Front Desk: The hotel's reception area where guests check in and out, inquire about services, and
seek assistance.
4. . Room Key/Card: A card or key provided to guests during check-in to access their assigned hotel
room.
5. Luggage Storage: A service offered by the hotel to store guests' luggage before check-in or after
check-out.
6. Late Check-out*: Departing from the hotel after the standard check-out time. This may be
allowed by the hotel depending on availability and may involve additional charges.
7. Security deposit : a returnable sum payable when something is rented, to cover any possible loss
or damage.
8. Accommodating : willing to fit in with someone's wishes or needs.
9. Extra Charges : means all other Charges and Deposits that' the purchaser/s shall be required to
make in addition to the agreed purchase consideration.
