R 1: Good evening. Welcome to UMRAH Hotel. Do you have a reservation?


G 1: Good evening. No, i haven’t, I’d like a room for one night please.
R1 : Sure. We have three types of room, single, twin and double room.
G1: Single room please.
R1 : Single room for one night, will cost you Rp. 1.500.000. And we require Rp. 500.000 security
deposit, it will be refunded when you check out.
G1: Great.
R1: Can I have your ID for registration?
G1: Here you are..
R1: Thank you Miss Angel. Your total is Rp. 2.000.000. How would you like to pay?
G1: I’d pay with cash. Here it is.
R1: Here is your key card Miss Angel. Your room number is 303. It’s on the third floor. You will find the
lift at the end of passageway.
G1: Thank you very much. Can someone help me with my luggage, please?
R1: I will call the bellboy to handle your luggage. If you need any help just call the front desk.

B: Hello Miss! I’m Reynaldi, your bellboy. What can I help you?
G1: Can you help me bring my luggage?
B: Sure, Miss. I will take your luggage into your room, but let me know whats your room number?
