 Post a favorite selfie of yourself. Explain why it is your favorite selfie.

 Answer the Following questions:

1. What is beauty for you?

Beauty for me is subjective and multifaceted concept that can refer to a wide
range of qualities or attributes that are aesthetically pleasing or emotionally
satisfying to the senses. It can be found in nature, art, music, literature, people,
and many other aspects of our lives.
2. Do you think our country has a beauty Standard? If there is, what might that
standard be?
Filipino beauty standards place a strong emphasis on fair skin, slim figures, and
symmetrical facial features. Having fair skin is often considered a sign of beauty
and status in the Philippines, as it is associated with wealth and a privileged
lifestyle. Many Filipinos use skin whitening products to achieve a lighter
complexion, despite the potential health risks associated with these products. In
terms of body type, slim figures are generally considered desirable in the
Philippines, although there is also a growing movement towards body positivity
and acceptance of diverse body types. When it comes to facial features,
symmetrical faces with high cheekbones, full lips, and large eyes are often seen as
attractive in the Philippines. However, there is also a growing appreciation for
more uniquely Filipino features, such as strong noses and dark, curly hair.
3. Would you ever change anything about your appearance? If there is what
might that be and why?
Nothing, I accept who I am
4. Have you ever been discriminated by your looks? How did you overcome
such discrimination?
Yes I have been discriminated, I overcame such discrimination through accepting
what they told me, and just be Who I am, and not care of what they are telling
me or saying about me.
