The ability
to comprehend the subject matter and recognize the connections between other subjects are
among the qualities that a teacher must possess. It is crucial for a teacher's professional
development that helps a teacher develop personally. The effectiveness of teaching are
significantly influenced by a teacher's command of the subject matter. A teacher who has
extensive knowledge in the subject matter can effectively design and deliver the lesson by
capturing the learner's attention to its key points and correcting any misconceptions they may
have pertaining.
As soon as a teacher is an expert in the field, she can effectively educate, explain, and
help students conceptualize the subject matter. There are instances when students are
challenged with intellectual concepts that are too complex for them to understand, and it would

In my daily teaching journey, I consider saying "Good Morning" and "Good Bye" to my
students every day. It not only helps to create a positive atmosphere for the day, but it also
teaches the students to model appropriate behavior. I observed that all students who were
personally welcomed by their teachers also believed that those teachers cared about them
personally, and this thought inspired the students in the classroom to act on it.
