1. Give your description about your favourite movie into 200 words !

Answer :

Hi everyone, my name’s Marshanda Angriani but you can call me Wanda.. let
me tell you a story about my favorite movie, I know that everyone has their own
movie taste and so do I. There are various genres of movies that I like , ranging from
romantic , comedy , mystery , horror , action , animation and fantasy .

Ok I will start from my favorite romantic genre movie. My favorite romantic

genre movie falls on a production from South Korea entitled "Descendants Of The
Sun", I think Korean drama lovers will know this movie, a love story between a
female doctor and a special army soldier, for those who don't know drama I highly
recommend this for you to watch.

Next , my favorite action comedy genre movie is "Mr & Mrs Smith" played by
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, it tells the story of a husband and wife who are bored
with their marriage. Until finally, they were shocked to learn that they were hitmen
hired by the agency to kill each other.

Lastly, one of my favorite fantasy genre movie is "Aquaman", which tells the
story of a boy who has mixed blood between land and sea creatures. I think this movie
is also sad because he has to live without a mother only with his father who gives life
teachings to become an ordinary human being, this movie is good and you should try
to watch it.

2. Give your description about your favourite subject into 150 words !

Answer :

My name’s Marshanda Angriani, a student at Wirabhakti College in Makassar

with an Accounting study program . I am currently semester six, in this semester six
there are several courses that I like such as English, research methodology and
accounting theory . There are several reasons I liked the course . For English courses,
the reason I like it is because English is an international language and in my opinion a
must we must know especially in today's many companies that make the terms of
admission of a job applicant is able to speak English .

Furthermore, the reason I like accounting theory courses is because of the vast
accounting employment and even when we really understand accounting theory we
can open jobs by building our own business.

Finally, the course that I like is "research methodology", I like it because this
course is easy to understand and very helpful for us in understanding the steps of
preparing a thesis, where the thesis for a final semester student until now is still the
main requirement for a person to graduate in completing education level S1.
3. Do you think business cards important ? Why ? Give your reason !

Answer : Business cards are one of the tools to exchange information and I think
business cards are obviously very important because starting from business cards
people will start to relate.

4. Write down the information the people put on their business cards !

Answer : For a business person , usually their business card contains a personal
name , company name complete with the logo , address , phone number , mobile
number, email, social media and website address

5. List some phrases which is used to ask and offer help !

Answer : Can, May, Could, Would.

6. Make a short conversation about how to asking for help !

Answer :

Me : Reza , are you busy ?

Reza : No sister , just playing a game . What’s the matter ?

Me : I want to make cookies for dinner, but I run out of flour .

Reza : Okay sister, let me help you . How much do you need for the cookies ?

Me : 6kg of flour and 4kg of sugar please and if you find any jam buy two bottles
okay ?

Reza : Okay sister .

Me : Okay , go get the money in my purse on top of the desk.

Reza : Sure, I’ll going now .

Me : Be carefull, okay ? and thanks .

7. Write down the difference between Panel interview, stress interview and screening
interview !

Answer : Panel interview is a job interview technique that brings an applicant together
with a group of recruiters . While the stress interview just wants to know the level of
confidence in a person . And screening interview was to determine whether the
candidate applicants in accordance with the qualifications required by the company.
8. List questions sometime to be ask by the interviewer for job interview !

 Can you tell me about yourself?

 Why did you apply for this position?
 Where did you get this job information from?
 What are your strengths and weaknesses?
 What do you know about this position and company?
 What are your plans for the next 3-5 years?

9. How do you prepare for an interview ? Write down your answer into 250 words !
Answer :

I know that Job interviews can be a stressful experience. So i will preparing

my self to face it all . First, i'll make sure to have any necessary documents ready .
It's so important for the interview like a copy of your CV , application forms, exam or
achievement certificates , a work portfolio , and etc. If the documents is ready , so the
next i'll preparing my self, practice interview questions at home. Do some research on
the company beforehand to understand their background and values and make sure to
ask questions that cannot be answered on their website.

And the next , i should to know all about my self specially my skill because in
interview, it is important to be able to talk about my strengths and weaknesses, why i
want to work for this company, why i want this role in particular and what i can add
to their workforce. So, i also need to know about the company before the interview. I
dont forget to Organize my outfit . Prepare my best outfit for the interview because a
great first impression is very important to get a job, and the last just make sure i eat
and sleep well to face the interview. Having a nutritious breakfast and drinking plenty
of water will help you to stay energised and focused throughout , try to go to bed early
for making a sleep well. However, if you are already feeling nervous, just stay calm
and dont forget to pray to Allah SWT and try to believe my self.

10. Give your for succesful job interview !

 Avoid Negative Reviews of Companies Where You Used To Work.
