Things I Have Learned (Knowledge)

I have learned that a person does not live monotonously. There are major aspects in one’s life that he
must discover and develop in order to grow as a human being for himself and for the people around
him. One of the most important things that a person should be aware of is himself, because everything
starts from within, and through this, he can work himself out to apply his learnings and values to the
community. Everyone has their own identity, even though there are times where one would feel lost
and uncertain. Everyone is part of a whole, they could be a student, daughter, son, parent, teenager,
etc. With these identities that is a part of us, we would know how to develop ourselves that simply fit
the description of how a good student, daughter, parent, etc. would act. From then on, we would also
learn the significance of our existence and actions to other people.

2. Things I Have Realized and Appreciated (Attitudes)

Realizations that came to me throughout the lessons are more on being a mature person. For me, a
mature person knows how to handle various situations that involve himself and the others. A mature
person is honest with his emotions, acknowledges negativities, talks honestly with others, and is able to
care for the self and others. But this does not mean that a mature person can not break, when a mature
person breaks, he will know when to pause and stop. During this time, he would get into a reflective
state and reassess his beliefs and values, which would help him go on with life and grow in wisdom.

3. Things I Have Discovered (Skills)

I have discovered within me the importance of applying my knowledge in the physical world. Knowledge
is powerful in a way that it serves as your foundation about how the world works, but applying this
knowledge, you would know what works for you. Throughout the lessons, I realized that I have already
been applying some skills that are on the book into my life. Through this, it once again came into my
consciousness the worthwhile things that I did for myself.
