SLEEP HYGIENE

2. Consistency with Bed Time and Wake Up Time (6:30 hrs)

3. Pre-bedtime Routine (Journaling -use pen and paper & Meditation)

4. Limiting Screen Use Near Bedtime (No Gadget 30 mins before sleep)

5. The Importance of an Alarm System that Works for You

6. Other Tips – Avoid Naps (keep it short maximum 20 mins )

- Avoid Stimulants in Late Afternoon/Evening

- Keep room cool

- White noise (fan) is helpful

- Bed is for sleep only

7. Coffee naps (take coffee + 20 mins nap) – do it in the morning if needed

8. Exercise (stretching)
