     Mike: Thank you,  I have got a stop over in Miami – Do I need to
    pick up my luggage there?
     Agent: No, no problem. Here is your boarding pass – your flight
    leaves from gate 22H. The boarding process starts at 3:20. Your
    seat number is 16E.
     Mike: Thanks. I'd like to travel first class. Can I upgrade my ticket
    now?
     Agen: Sure, one moment... All set!
     Mike: Thank you!
