• Businesses first assist society by distributing goods and services that are necessary for
survival. Additionally, they produce jobs that enable members of society to make enough
money to meet their needs. Companies may now produce their products in lower-cost ways
because to globalization. Additionally, it increases global competition, which lowers prices
and gives consumers a wider range of options. People in both developing and developed
nations may live better on less money because to lower costs.
The phenomenon of unemployment can be solved by providing job opportunities for the
unemployed by building business complexes that provide job opportunities for large
numbers of people.
The age, gender, and education distribution of unemployment is a more serious challenge.
Unemployment rates among 15 to 24 years old males and females are particularly
discouraging.
