This is to stay within the MODROL server. We will find out who has published
somewhere else, if it was to ever be leaked.
Ranks:
Moderator in Training (MIT): This is your starting rank within MODROL. You will need to
finish the phases given to you before you can take full moderator duties. You can help
anyone who requires it in the Discord, and you may answer tickets. If you use any
moderation command whilst being MIT, you will be fired.
Communications Moderator (CM)/ In-game Moderator (GM): After you have passed your
phases, you will be given the choice of becoming a Communications Moderator or In-game
Moderator. This means you have been designated to moderate the main BA Discord server
or moderate the game server. If you abuse any moderator command, you will be fired and
blacklisted without warning.
Senior Moderator (SM): After long and exceptional service as a CM or GM, you may be
promoted to Senior Moderator. With this rank, you will receive increased responsibilities as
you will have to moderate both the Discord server and the game server. Again, if you
abuse these permissions in any way, you will be fired and blacklisted without warning.
All moderators should follow all of the rules listed in the main British Army server. Here is
a list of extended rules for MODROL. You MUST follow both the MODROL rules, and the
main BA server rules.
Misuse of moderation commands whilst in the communications server will earn you an exile
and a blacklist. The current commands that a communications moderator are as follows:
Logging a Command:
Once you have used a moderation command in the main communications, make sure you
log it. To do so, go into the MODROL server and say in #bot-commands:

The game moderation panel is only to be used when you are on an active case. You must
not use it as a flex, nor show off.
You may use it if you are intervening with an incident in game, and use it to show that
you are a legitimate MODROL staff member.
2. Click on the blue MODROL shield in the lower right hand corner of your screen.
3. A MODROL panel should appear in the middle of your screen with the functions:
Ban, Unban, Kick, View, and Unview.
4. Click on the Username box and enter the name of the user that has been reported
or who is breaking a game rule.
5. Make sure to click View to make sure that you have got the correct person.
6. Once determined whether this is the correct person, fill in the reason for moderation
in the Reason box.
7. Once the reason has been filled out, choose the desired button that is necessary for
the case.
Once you have used a moderation command in the game, make sure you log it. To do so, go
into the MODROL server and say in #bot-commands:
Step two:
Your aim isn’t to ban or kick everyone that breaks the rules. This is the last resort.
Anything that is a threat to the BA’s security, such as exploiters and DDOSers, must be
banned with immediate effect. Trollers are NOT a threat to BA.
All users that have broken rules with the recommended punishment of a warning, must
be warned up to THREE times.
If you feel that the necessary way of dealing with something is via a warning and not a
kick, please do so.
When moderating/using the moderation panel to deal with a case, it must be recorded
at all times. Use Medal to capture all video evidence.
When dealing with an in-game incident that has been reported in the tickets, there
must be sufficient evidence before executing a specific moderation.
