United Nations has established 17 Sustainable Development Goals, the

general goal of which is the evolution of mankind and its shelter, not just without

any detrimental impact on the environment, but to make it flourish.

When we go to the grocery shop, we may see that junk foods are less

expensive than fruits and vegetables; plastic materials are less expensive than

wood components. What I mean is that healthy and ecologically friendly

products are costly. What is the point of sustainability if only the wealthy can enjoy

it? We may also note that there are many more plastic-based items than those

that are safe and environmentally beneficial. This is due to the fact that there are

many ecologically hazardous industries in the globe, which implies they are

significant contributors to the global economy. Eliminating this would result in a

high unemployment rate and a fall in the economy. Developing countries would

struggle to achieve sustainable growth since they lack the financial resources.
