CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

This document serves as a binding contract between Krystal Jung hereafter known as “CLIENT”, and Clouie Lhei
Bautista, hereafter known as “Planner. The Client desires to engage the services of the Planner for the Crystals Skin
Care Product Launch event on February 16, 2023 at Robinsons Mall, Antipolo City. Both parties agree to abide by
the following conditions:
3. Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be deposited in favor of THE DREAN SHOW for the amount of
P85,000.00 as down payment to reserve the services of the suppliers. Any remaining deposit to complete the
full deposit amount should be remitted one (1) month before the event.
4. In addition to event design, Planner’s duties will include but not limited to drawing up contracts for suppliers,
performers and putting down deposits, etc.
5. The Client will not enter into any contracts on behalf of the Planner or without the Planner’s knowledge or consent.
6. The Client will be in charge to contact with the sponsors but the Planner can do so with the knowledge or consent
of the Client, provided that once the Planner contacts the sponsor, 20% of the total donation shall go to the Planner.
7. Deposits are non-refundable. If the Host cancels the event, no refund will be given.
SUPPLIERS CONTRACT
This contract serves as an agreement between CLOUIE LHEI M. BAUTISTA and AUDIO BITES LIGHTS AND SOUNDS.
It becomes effective on August 09, 2022 and inclusive services provided for Product Launch, which will be held on
February 16, 2023 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.
The supplier hereby agrees to provide the following services for the Event in exchange for financial compensation
outlined below:

COMPENSATION
The exchange for the services described above, the client agrees to provide the supplier with a total payment sum of
Php 30,000.00. A non-refundable fee of 20% of this amount or Php 6,000.00 shall be paid upon the execution of this
contract, with the balance due no less than five (5) business days prior to the Event.
EVENT LOGISTICS
The supplier shall have access to the Event location beginning at 10:00AM on February 16,2023 in order to set up
the appropriate stations, goods, or other items necessary in order to complete the services described.
Items that require physical display space must be no larger than (Please see the attach floor plan) and shall be
displayed in a clean and orderly fashion throughout the course of the Event. No goods or services not described
above may be sold or distributed during this Event without the Client’s express written consent.
Following the event, the supplier will have until 2:00 PM to break down all equipment and clear the area of all goods.
The supplier is required to leave the area in a clean and serviceable manner.
PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE
The supplier will display an appearance and manner appropriate with the mood and theme of the Event being held.
The supplier’s station will not in any way interfere with the Event on hand, nor will vending staff leave the station
unattended. Any special dress or appearance requirements outside of the accepted norm will be discussed in advance
between the Client, and the Supplier.
By signing below, both the Client and the Supplier indicate that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms
and conditions in this contract.
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Agreement of Indemnification dated February 16, 20223 between AUDIO BITES LIGHTS AND
SOUNDS and THE DREAM SHOW
For value received, AUDIO BITES LIGHTS AND SOUNDS jointly and severally agree to indemnify
and save harmless THE DREAM SHOW and its successors and assigns from any claim, action,
liability, loss, damage or suit arising from the following:
Where any claim is asserted, THE DREAM SHOW shall provide with reasonably timely notice of
same writing.
Thereafter, AUDIO BITES LIGHTS AND SOUNDS shall at its own expense defend, protect and save
harmless, THE DREAM SHOW against crime said claim or any loss or liability resulting there from.
Should AUDIO BITES LIGHTS AND SOUNDS fail to so defend and/or indemnify and save harmless,
then, in such case, THE DREAM WHOW shall have full rights to defend, pay or settle said claim on
their own behalf without notice to AUDIO BITES LIGHTS AND SOUNDS for all fees, costs,
payments, made or agreed to be paid to discharge the said claim.
AUDIO BITES LIGHTS AND SOUNDS agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees necessary to
enforce said indemnification.
This agreement shall be unlimited as to amount or duration, and it shall be binding upon and
inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal agents and
representatives.
