SCHEDULE OF DIVISION MONITORING AND VALIDATION

1. Please be informed that Division Monitoring and Validation of schools with

existing School Library will be on March 21, 2023 from 8:00am -4:00 pm.

2. Mrs. Leony Custodio, SDO Cavite Librarian will be assisted and accompanied by
the Key Administrators in LR in both Elementary and Secondary, Dr. Lydiez Z.
Digma, Principal II of Osorio ES and Mrs. Victoria Noceda-HT VI of TMCNHS -
Cabuco .

3. The submitted School Library Profile will served as basis of the consolidation
made by SDO Librarian.

4. Please prepare the Form 1 Template uploaded in the drive.

5. Kindly see the attached file for list of schools to be monitored and validated.

6. Widest dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
