Payment And Deposits

The Parties agree that the amount of this Contract shall be (PHP)__________.
Client shall make a deposit of half of the Contract amount that is non-
refundable. The remaining balance shall be paid after the event of the client.
Client shall make a security deposit for the purpose of securing the return of
the equipment in good and working order. If any loss or damage are incurred
by the Decorator on the event and such exceeds the security deposits, the
excess shall billed to the client.

Cancellations
Should the Client wish to cancel the booking with in a week's notice of the
event date, Decorator shall retain the non-refundable deposit as liquidated
damages, In cases of fortuitous events, Client shall receive the remaining of
the down payment made by him, deducted by any orders already made that
forms part of the expenditures for the event.

Service Agreement
Decorator assures that all materials and decor items are in excellent condition
and shall be decorated by the Decorator's professional. Client agrees in
ensuring that the arranged venue shall be available to Decorator fee from any
items that may inhibit delivery and setup of decorators. Client shall ensure
the availability of the venue at least (2-3) hours before the event for venue
decoration. Decorator shall not be held responsible for if any of the
expectations of the client is not met due to prohibitions or obstacles on the
venue that prevents Decorator from implementing such design.

Promotion
Decorator may display, use and publish video and photographs from events
for promotion in Decorator's social media account and on its website for
purpose of promotion of its services. All videos or images shall be subject to
the approval of the client as to their personal identity. However, Decorator
shall possess full ownership over the photo and video materials.

Counterparts
This agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts each of which
shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and
the same agreement
