How are you my friend? Well answering your question,
we can do a couple of things, let me see if you don’t do
anything since a year then you can start doing a
walking or running in the morning so your body gets
used to it and after a week you can start going to the
gym two times a week if it possible and have a
personal trainer specialized that can help you to be fit
or if you don’t want to waste money you can start doing
exercise in your house or in a park with specifics apps.
I don’t recommend you to start doing a lot of things
because you can injure you so start then start with little
so this doesn’t happen.
