rights in living. Omnicompetent, in a way, they can also handle situations very well.

Mindful, as they are not just knowledgeable, but also, they are wise. Efficient, to be

able to make opportunities and grab life goals. Notable, as they must be also valued

and seen for the society’s development.

The society is frequently subjected to violence, and discrimination has had a

significant impact on the society for decades. Women are often neglected with rights

of their own, such to live, to be educated, to vote, and also, to be part of an equal

community— eradicating the patriarchal system ruling the minds of people. Firstly,

society may start by accepting that women are also human beings who are as capable

and knowledgeable as the opposite sex. Second, respect may come up next, as women

must be valued and respected, especially against all kinds of abuse or violence. Third,

they are deserving human beings with natural rights to live, to be educated, and to

have opportunities that must be made available to all individuals of society. Fourth,

women must also be encouraged, just as men can be significant for the progress and

development of a better society. Lastly, one of the most powerful keys of empowering

women is to open the minds of people who are locked in the room of the thought

"men are more superior" to "men and women are equally superior", promoting equity

among all individuals, not just equality.
