Rapid Rewind: Soliciting Criticism

Go-To Questions

One of the best ways to solicit feedback is by asking a Go-To Question to get the
conversation started. Your question should be sincere and in your own voice; don’t
ask a question that can be answered with a “yes” or “no.”

● What’s something I could’ve done or stopped doing in the last week that would’ve
made it easier to work with me?

● What could I have done differently to make your job easier?

● Here’s what I tried to accomplish in the last week, how could I have approached
this better?

Learning zone

Para tener éxito y crear una cultura de aprendizaje continuo es

fundamental trabajar en dos aspectos críticos:

1. Psychological Safety (Grupal)

2. Growth Mindset (Individual)

5
1. Psychological Safety

Soliciting feedback is an important part of any successful relationship. It

increases your self awareness, helps you become more aware of the impact
you have on others and helps build a culture of psychological safety, which is
the key to developing high-performance teams.
2. Growth Mindset
